Inside Sanctuary – a realm long engulfed in devastating wars between the High Heavens and the Burning Hells – decades have passed since the events of Diablo III: Reaper of Souls®, but the world still suffers from a sinister, corrupting force. And now Lilith, the Daughter of Hate, has been reborn in the mortal realm and is determined to rule Sanctuary again.

Join the fight alongside the iconic classes Barbarian, Sorceress, Rogue and Druid. the legendary Necromancer, the fifth playable character class that returns with new undead mechanics. Players will be able to use the Necromancer’s Book of the Dead, a brand new ability for the class, allowing them to dominate the battlefield with a deeper customization of their undead army than ever before. Take on aggressive Skeleton Warriors, fast attack Skirmishers, Sword and Plank Defenders, or Scythe Reapers. Cast multiple spells on Skeleton Mages, imbuing them with shadow, cold, and sacrificial magic. Deploy tanky bone golems, leech blood golems, and charging iron golems. Or sacrifice them all to absorb their power.

“We can’t wait to open the gates of hell next year – the talented team behind Diablo IV puts gameplay first in everything they do, and they’ve built the biggest and most ambitious Sanctuary concept yet,” said Mike Ybarra, president of Blizzard Entertainment. “This sprawling world draws inspiration from the dark well of the franchise’s 25-year history and is built around a player choice philosophy, offering an adventure unlike anything Diablo players have experienced before.”

Diablo IV the Sanctuary version is huge, and every inch is teeming with opportunities for adventure. The game’s character customization is richer and more extensive than ever, and players will be able to let their curiosity (and perhaps stupidity) guide them through over 140 dungeons and dozens of side quests in their quest to defeat the forces of Lilith. . . and even more powerful equipment. Mighty World Bosses create further difficulties in Sanctuary, encouraging players to team up with others they meet on their journeys to defeat them and reap their treasures. And for the first time, players can forever change the world around them by conquering and transforming corrupted fortresses to friendly outposts.

There is no golden path to follow. Diablo IV; players can choose to progress in any non-linear way they want. This unlimited experience extends to the end game where players can test their skills in Nightmare Dungeonsenjoy combat chaos in dedicated PvP zones, build Perfect boards continue to develop and customize your characters above the maximum level, as well as interact with whisper tree to unlock additional world objectives and rewards and get legendary gear.
