Travel consultant drops plan to sue together: Travel Weekly

Mike O’Malley, a travel agency owner who planned to sue Ensemble Travel Group for unpaid dividends, abandoned those plans after he couldn’t find other agency owners to join his lawsuit.

O’Malley, a partner at the Diplomat travel agency in Chicago, said he was owed about $2,100, a payment that was delayed due to Navigatr’s planned and then completed acquisition of Ensemble.

Last week, O’Malley was informed by email that his Ensemble membership had been terminated and his access to programs and services would be closed from June 30th. seemed to be a condition for receiving dividends. He asked about the next steps.

O’Malley said he plans to become a member of the MAST Travel Network, a consortium of travel agencies headquartered in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.
